We are interested in Bachelors or experienced technicians who wants to continue their career in the wind energy business.

Your responsibilities?

You are a part of our onshore team. The team is based in Velp (NL) and manages the assets of our clients, to ensure maximum output, HSE compliance, low cost and long term asset integrity. The onshore team consists of an Operations Manager, technical specialists, performance Engineer and reliability technicians. Team members are supported 24/7/365 by the Operations Control Centre in Emden (D), HSE engineers and IT specialists.

Your will work closely together with the technical specialists.
You will:
Inspect wind turbines:
  • Annual technical and safety inspections of the wind turbines in our portfolio.
  • Complete assessments of technical integrity, reliability and quality of work.
  • Monitoring of the critical components for production.
  • Perform on-site or in factory inspections related to construction of new wind turbines.

Analyse technical issues:

  • Find possible issues and identify the root causes of wind turbine failures.
  • Improve preventive maintenance approach.

Report the findings in our system:

  • Inspection reporting including priorities and follow-up on any issues.
  • Administrate findings and analyse results
  • Cooperation and consulting of the colleagues within the team.

Your qualifications?

You have:
A middle (MBO) or higher Technical (HBO) level in the field of expertise (Mechanical, Electrical or equal);
ICT user skills;
Communication skills;
Very good written and spoken English language skills;
Good written and spoken German language skills is a pré.

You have or you want to develop:
Knowledge of materials;
Knowledge of incident investigation/ root cause failure;
Blade inspections;
Gearbox endoscope inspections;
Ultrasonic inspections.
