About the job

To support our team at the Emden site, we are looking for an Technical Performance Coordinator (m/f/d) in On-/Offshore Wind Energy & Solar for monitoring, coordination and remote troubleshooting in alternating shift operation.

Your tasks:

Monitoring of operating parameters of wind and solar parks
Remote interference suppression of wind turbines
Alarm handling of substations
Independent planning of remote fault operations
Availability reports
Logging and categorization of faults
Handling of emergencies
Monitoring of activities in and around the wind farm
Monitoring and evaluation of weather data (wind, swell, temperature, lightning warning)
Certificate Validation
Coordination within the wind farm (people tracking)
Managing Permit-to-Work Software
Helicopter coordination and air watch

About you

Ideally, you have many years of professional experience in the wind industry
You have completed vocational training as an electrician, electrician, industrial mechatronics technician or comparable
You have experience in WTG troubleshooting (EFK/EFFT)
Ideally, a VHF radio operating certificate SRC or LRC
You are decisive, responsible, a team player and always ready to learn new things
You have very good German and English skills, spoken and written
You have no problems with night work, as well as working on weekends and holidays
